With the frozen yogurt craze increasing with popularity day by day, there have been a wide range of reports on the health benefits of frozen yogurt… just as there have been some outlandish claims. If you would love to retain all the health benefits that frozen yogurt provides, be sure to gravitate towards froyo toppings that consist of fresh fruit, nuts, and dark chocolate (not diary!)… by opting for such options, you will only enhance the flavour and nutritional benefits of your snack/dessert.
